Choosing a service
Updated 16 October 2026.
Most businesses do not need every service at once. The right starting point depends on what is holding growth back today. Here is how we usually think about it with a new brand.
Start with brand identity. A clear position, a consistent look and a defined voice make every later post and ad work harder. Our guide on what to include in brand guidelines shows what a usable brand system covers.
Start with website design. Paid and social traffic is wasted on a slow or confusing site. The small business website checklist lists the checks we run before any launch.
Start with performance marketing, once tracking and a landing page are in place. Not sure which platform suits you? Read Meta ads vs Google ads, and performance marketing vs brand marketing for how short-term and long-term activity fit together.
Start with social media marketing and content production together: a plan for what to post, and the shoots and edits to fill it. Add influencer marketing when you want reach beyond your own audience, following the ASCI disclosure rules.
Our guide on how to choose a digital marketing agency lists the questions to ask any agency, including us, before you sign.
Good questions
Social media marketing, performance marketing, brand identity, website design, content production and influencer marketing. Each service has its own page with the full scope.
Yes. Many brands start with one service, such as a website or a brand identity, and add others when they need them.
It depends on the main gap. If people do not recognise you, start with brand identity; if your site does not convert, start with website design; if you need enquiries quickly and your site and tracking are ready, start with performance marketing.
Ownership of deliverables is set out in the written agreement for each engagement. As a general rule, we suggest businesses keep their ad, analytics and website accounts in their own name and give the agency user access.
